Shape your life is an EVS project lead by Alternatif genclik Calismalari Dernegi in partenriat with our association.The first stage of the project involved 2 volunteers(Hasan Gurcan Kavuncu and Hassibe Akgeyik) wich perfom volunteers activities between 4 December 2012-4 June 2013.
The main tasks of the volunteers are:
1.1 Youth Exchange
The name of the project is “Alternatif Akım – Alternating Current”
It is a youth exchange project under Action 1.1, Youth in Action Programs.
It will be 7 days excluding the travel dates. The dates are 21-27 April, 2013
Arrivals will be on 20th of April and departures are 28th of April, 2013.
The project will take place in Muğla/TURKEY.
4.3 Training Course
Our Mission is to support the education of youths based on a values system initiated by the Scouting Promises and Laws for 2013 with Youth in Action programme. Furthermore, it is also our priority to support the building of a better world where people can realize their wishes and thus play a creative role in their societies. On its second centenary, Scouting sees itself as an accredited, value based, educational, dynamic and innovative movement reaching all spheres of
life including girls and boys, men and women in all cultures and contributing to the establishment of a better and more attractive world. We will use non formal educational methods in our project. The youngsters who have fewer opportunities will participate this great event. Participants will feel themselves in the project and they will learn by doing. We will host this project in Zonguldak, Turkey between 18-25 March 2013. Our partner organizations are from Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Spain Malta, Czech Republic and as a hosting group Turkey.
They have clear interest in developing new ideas especially about Scouting activities.
